13:25-14:05: What does it take to implement IG policies consistently across a global complex organisation like Shell?

This presentation will explore Shell’s multiyear organisation wide information management improvement journey to achieve a step change in information management compliance and mitigate key risks such as GDPR compliance. We will explain why a 3 way partnership between Legal, IT and the business is key to success and how we tackled the complex stakeholder landscape (incl. senior executive endorsement) to successfully implement retention and disposal polices across the whole of our M365 landscape (over 80 countries and 120 staff and contractors).
