How an eDiscovery Optimisation Program and E3 to E5 uplift addressed data management concerns by implementing role-based access control, external collaboration boundaries, advanced monitoring, and knowledge transfer on collections.

Problem Statement: The customer (CX) was relying on a third-party product and legal partner for data culling and review. They used eDP to search across a wide date range and then sent the data to an expensive legal team. Concerns arose about data use, storage post-involvement, and defensible disposal.
